Enzo Japanese Iron Fry Pan - 24cm

The Enzo 24cm Iron Fry Pan is designed to allow for superior handling and heat control on a variety of cooktops, including induction.

Constructed from a lighter weight of cast iron than traditionally found in similar style pans, the Enzo Iron Fry Pan features a modern, angular design with beautiful matte finishing and a beach wood handle.

Cast iron pans are an excellent choice for searing and sauteing and have superior longevity and durability if properly maintained and seasoned.

Enzo pans are manufactured in Tsubame, Japan, an area famous for metalworking and cookware since the 1600s. All pans come pre-seasoned from the factory.

Enzo Tsubame is manufactured by Wahei Freiz, a Japanese kitchenware manufacturer that has been operating since 1961.
