Warranty Terms

All products sold by Cookery Collective are covered by a 12 month warranty under Australian Consumer Law.

Your warranty is valid from the date of purchase.

To lodge a warranty claim, please contact us.

We will aim to respond to all support issues within 2 business days.

Valid warranty claims will be provided with a return postage label (for domestic orders), or we will reimburse you for your postage costs (standard postage only) for international returns.

What is covered?

• Warranty covers material defects from the manufacturer up to 12 months from your date of purchase.

What is not covered?

• Defects and damage due to negligent or accidental misuse.
• Discoloration or marking through standard use. Cookware is designed to be used and standard wear and tear is to be expected.
• Damage or degradation of condition through improper cleaning and maintenance.

Returns

Returns & Refund Terms

All products may be returned within 30 days for replacement or refund providing that the product and packaging is in new, unworn condition.

Return postage for replacements or refunds is at the buyer's expense.
