Enzo Japanese Iron Wok Pan - 28cm

The Enzo Iron Wok Pan is a hybrid design between a flat bottomed fry pan and a traditional rounded wok that allows for convenient use in a variety of cuisines. 

Made with lightweight Japanese iron, the Wok Pan features a beautiful hammered finish that further enhances the durability, heat distribution and natural non-stick properties of the cookware.

The high sided design allows for better control of ingredients within the pan while cooking and fewer messes in the kitchen.

Made in Tsubame, Japan (an area famous for metalworking since as early as the 1600s), this Wok Pan comes pre-seasoned from the factory and is suitable for all cooktops, including induction. 

Enzo Tsubame is manufactured by Wahei Freiz, a Japanese kitchenware manufacturer that has been operating since 1961.

Unlike traditional cast iron pans which are often very heavy, the artisans at Enzo Tsubame have developed a unique method of producing a lightweight hammered iron material which allows for easier handling while retaining its long lasting toughness.

The Enzo Chef's Pan series features high sides with a wider flat base to allow for cooking a variety of cuisines from stir fries to pastas and curries.
